Terms & Conditions
The SC52 has an initial 12 month warranty. At this time, this product should be serviced by the RSE Workshop in Auckland or at one of our service agents listed on the website. The cost of this services is $160 plus GST. Once this service is completed the product will then carry a further 12 month warranty. A further service is then required, as per above, to qualify for a further 12 months warranty – to a total of 36 months warranty from purchase date. All servicing should be completed within a month, then 13 months, of the purchase anniversary date.
The SC52 needs to be used to keep it functioning well. During the COVID period many dishes were not used and this created problems for their users.
